METCOR (MTC-01)
METCOR, was Metha first product being launched to the market, it was engineered & developed in 2013 and now being widely used in the market. MTC-01 is a solid core with smooth finishing on both surfaces making it easier for lamination process, MTC-01 being used for both 1hr & 2hr fire door-sets to create a good, strong & high fire resistivity solid fire door. Thickness we provide : 38mm
MET AIRBOARD (MTAB -01)
MET-AIRBOARD a.k.a MTAB-01, was Metha second product launched to the market, this product was developed with an advanced formula to produce a lighter board. MTAB-01 has a smooth finishing on both surfaces for easy lamination/fabrication purposes. MTAB-01 is designed to reflect the hot air instead of trapping it thus keeping the fire from breaking through. MTAB-01 is widely used for 1hr fire-door sets. The 2hr core is only produced upon client's special request. Thickness provided : 38mm
THERMO BOARD (TBD-01)
THERMO BOARD-01 a.k.a TBD-01 is the latest formula which also comes with smooth finishing that allows easier for lamination/fabrication process. TBD-01 are widely used for 1hr, as for the TBD-01, 2hr core it will be produced based on client's special request. TBD-01 is designed to divert & disperse the heat therefore preventing any heat leakage or breakthrough. Thickness provided : 38mm
METHA MANUFACTURING (M) SDN BHD (1092558-M) begin its production in 2014 producing top quality Fire Resistant Core / Panel material for fire door manufacturers or production and supplying chiefly to the local firedoor companies and construction industry. Today, after years of research and development we have created multiple boards that suits the South-East Asia environment and requirement. METHA Fire Resistant Core / panels can be also used as a fire rated Non-load bearing walls, also our core/panels able to withstand fire resistance from 65 minutes both single leaf & double leaf doors and rating up to 2 hours (120 minutes) also for both single leaf & double leaf doors. METHA comes up with few sets of panel dimensions based on client requirements. With a solid core designed door our clients able to offer acoustical qualities to sound. We manufacture our core 100% locally.

These are the fire retardant M-TAB01 core / board tested under the requirements of BS 476: Part 22: 1987 without any timber lamination at Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) , with our core alone it have withstand for 62 minutes of firing in both integrity and insulation.
